How Much Does It Cost to Open a Company in China?
The total cost for setting up a company in China is 220,000 Taka. The payment is split into two parts:
50% Advance Payment: Paid at the beginning of the process.
50% Final Payment: Paid after the company registration is completed.
Once your company is successfully registered, we proceed with the application for your Work Permit Card and Work Visa.
Recommended Visa Process
We recommend applying for a Business Visa (M Visa) initially. You can enter China on this visa and stay for 7 to 10 days, during which we will handle your company registration. After your company is registered, we will assist you in applying for a Work Permit (Z Visa), which allows you to work in China legally.
Required Documents for Opening a Company in China
If you are staying outside China:
Original Passport Data Page: Your passport’s data page must be attested by the Chinese Embassy.
White Background Photo: A recent passport-sized photo with a white background.
Non-Criminal Certificate: Issued within the last 6 months and attested by the Chinese Embassy.
Highest Education Certificate: Must be attested by the Chinese Embassy.
Work Experience Letter: At least two years of work experience (more is preferred). The letter should specify the company, position, time period, and include the company’s signature or seal. For trading companies, a certificate of working experience is preferable, which can be casually written without strict authenticity checks.
Medical Check Report: This can be completed after entering China.
Previous Chinese Visa: If you’ve previously held a Chinese visa, this is not required.
Curriculum Vitae (C.V.): A detailed C.V. must be provided at the very beginning of the application submission process.
Note: If you are unable to come to China initially, we can assist you in opening your company remotely. Your passport will need to be notarized locally and certified by the Chinese Consulate in Bangladesh before sending it to China for the registration process.
If you are staying inside China:
Original Passport Data Page and Current Visa Page Copy: Submit copies of your original passport’s data page and the page showing your current visa.
Work Experience Certificate: A certificate verifying at least two years of work experience.
